If you’re looking for a good meal to make this week, we made these lamb burgers with whipped feta for dinner on Saturday and… delicious. I heart lamb like whoa. Ian cooks burgers in a cast iron skillet over the grill to ensure the juices don’t disappear into the coals, which makes for wonderfully tasty burgers!
We also devoured some peach crumble. Heart you, summertime! I use this recipe as a template and add shredded coconut on top. The only thing missing was a gin & tonic. Soon, my loves. SOON!
