As the weather gets colder, it’s time to turn plant projects indoors. There are so many you can do! One of our first inside plants in this new house is from my green thumb mother-in-law. She brought us a clipping of her Fiddle Leaf Fig plant at home and our little plant is doing amazingly well! It’s in a big pot near our front windows where it gets a lot of light. You can see the amount of growth in just one week in these photos below.
See the new little leaf in the middle? I can’t believe it grew that much in a week. These make for great houseplants if you’re looking for one. Make sure your window isn’t drafty before setting up your plant there– Fiddle Leaf Figs are used to humid climates and a constant cold draft would be bad news. Happy planting!
